At Beaconring, we want you to love your purchase — but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following conditions are met:

• The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
• Unworn or unused, with no signs of wear.
• All original tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging.
• A receipt or proof of purchase must be included.

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll notify you via email and issue your refund to your original payment method.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs may apply.

Product Return Conditions

Beaconring is committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and will gladly assist with exchanges or returns in the following cases:

• Faulty printing: Issues such as blurry designs, color fading, or misaligned prints that differ from the approved design.
• Spelling errors: If there are any spelling errors caused by us, we will take full responsibility and offer a replacement or refund.
• Incorrect color: If the delivered product color does not match the order, you may request an exchange at no additional cost.
• Stains or defects: If you receive a product with unwanted stains or damage, we will gladly exchange or replace it.
• Other product-related issues: Any other manufacturing or service-related errors from our side will be reviewed and resolved promptly to ensure your satisfaction.

Important Notes

All products at Beaconring are custom-made and designed based on customer specifications. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

• The incorrect design or print was selected by the customer.
• The wrong size was chosen for personal reasons.
• Misspellings or incorrect details provided by the customer for custom orders.

We kindly ask all customers to review product details carefully before completing their purchase. Please ensure that all personal information and customization requests are entered correctly before confirming your order.
